Viva Wine Group completed the acquisition of Vicampo.

Viva Wine Group, a Stockholm, Sweden-based holding active in the wine business, completed the acquisition of Vicampo, a German online wine retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal rationale is for Viva Wine Group to consolidate its position in the German market. In 2018, the company purchased Wine in Black, followed by the acquisition of Vinexus including a larger logistics subsidiary in 2020.
