Northern Data to acquire Decentric Europe from Block.one for $413m.

Northern Data, an infrastructure supplier for HPC applications and Bitcoin mining, agreed to acquire Decentric Europe, a producer of 223k GPU cards, from Block.one, a blockchain software, for $413m.
