Gentex Corporation completed the acquisition of Filter Design Company and Core Protection Systems.

Gentex Corporation, a global leader in personal protection and situational awareness solutions completed the acquisition of Filter Design Company, a company that specializes in the design, manufacturing, and automation of custom filtration solutions, and Core Protection Systems, a respiratory protection specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of FDC and Corpro provides Gentex with a world-class capability to design and manufacture filters.
