Silver Lake Partners, a global private equity fir, led a $500m Series G round in Carta, a San Francisco-based cap table management and valuation software company. "We chose Silver Lake, one of the most thoughtful and creative private equity investors in the world, to lead the round. After that, all we had to figure out was allocations," Henry Ward, Carta CEO.
