Affinity Equity Partners, GS Retail and Permira Advisers to acquire Delivery Hero Korea for $677m.

Affinity Equity Partners, a private equity firm, GS Retail, a provider of beauty and skincare products, and Permira Advisers, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Delivery Hero Korea, an online food delivery provider, for $677m.
