M&J Evans, an operator of groundworks and civil engineering company, completed the acquisition of Flynn Group, a provider of essential construction services, maintenance services, and urgent repairs. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition is another significant milestone for the M&J Evans group and our growth strategy. Flynn Group has been based in Swindon since 1975 and has grown to become one of the leading ground engineering companies in the South West region.
