Recro Pharma to acquire IRISYS for c.$50m.

Recro Pharma, a contract development and manufacturing organization, agreed to acquire IRISYS, a provider of contract pharmaceutical product development and manufacturing services, for c.$50m. “Adding the personnel, facilities, capabilities and global customer base of IRISYS advances each of these goals and positions Recro for sustainable, profitable growth moving forward.
