Faurecia completed the acquisition of Hella for $8bn.

Faurecia, a French global automotive supplier headquartered in Nanterre, completed the acquisition Hella, an internationally operating German automotive part supplier, for $8bn. "This combination is a unique opportunity to create a global leader in automotive technologies.
