Pacific Avenue Capital Partners to acquire Emerald Textiles from Ocean Avenue.

Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm, agreed to acquire Emerald Textiles, a provider of fully outsourced healthcare linen management services in the Western United States, from Ocean Avenue, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Pacific Avenue, alongside the Emerald team, have transformed the linen services landscape in the Western United States.
