Carlyle Group, Oak Hill Capital, and Harvest Partners-backed Galway Holdings to invest in MAI Capital Management.

Carlyle Group, Oak Hill Capital, and Harvest Partners-backed Galway Holdings, a financial services distribution company, agreed to invest in MAI Capital Management, a full-service, independent registered investment adviser. Financial terms were not disclosed.
