Virtuozzo, a software company that develops virtualization and cloud management software for cloud computing providers, managed services providers, and internet hosting service providers, completed the acquisition of OnApp, a UK-based software company, for £30m. “Virtuozzo’s primary expertise has traditionally been in high-density server virtualization and software-defined storage.
