Nonantum Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Helix Traffic Solutions, a provider of mission-critical traffic management services and equipment, from Stone Arch Capital, a Minneapolis based private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
