The Riverside Company completed the acquisition of Corporate Visions from Sentinel Capital Partners.

The Riverside Company, a global private investor focused on the smaller end of the middle market, completed the acquisition of Corporate Visions, a sales and marketing enablement company in the US, from Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in promising lower midmarket companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Since its founding, Corporate Visions has continuously expanded its offering to adapt to changing customer needs and market environments, and we look forward to continuing that effort in partnership with management.
