Feelgood to acquire Dalarnas Företagshälsa.

Feelgood, a health company, agreed to acquire Dalarnas Företagshälsa, an occupational health service firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It is a step in our strategy to strengthen the local presence in important markets. We already have a well-functioning collaboration between the companies and Dalarnas Företagshälsa has many strong customer relationships that we look forward to building on," Joachim Morath, Feelgood CEO.
