TEAK Capital and TANGOR Capital to acquire Cerealis Group.

Investment firms TEAK Capital and TANGOR Capital agreed to acquire Cerealis Group, an agri-food group specialist in cereal-based food products. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sellers are confident with the shareholder solution found for the acquisition of Cerealis and wish the company and the new shareholders a future with many successes.
