Evaluate to merge with MMIT in a $1.6bn deal.

Evaluate, a provider of commercial intelligence and predictive analytics, agreed to merge with Managed Markets Insight & Technology, a provider of formulary tools and solutions, in a $1.6bn deal. MMIT’s equity partner, Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe and Evaluate’s equity partner, Hg, will share joint control of the combined business.
