OpenGate Capital-backed Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems, a firm that develops, manufactures and markets high-technology aerospace and defense products, completed the acquisition of MultiCam, a manufacturer and distributor of computer numerical control cutting machines and digital finishing products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
