Torque Capital-backed Cable Manufacturing & Assembly, a manufacturer of various types of electronic and mechanical cables, completed the acquisition of Cablecraft Motion Controls, a designer and manufacturer of mechanical motion control products, from Madison Industries, a company that builds branded market leaders, for $20m.
