Wheel Pros to acquire Driven Lighting Group from Kian Capital.

Clearlake Capital-backed Wheel Pros, a manufacturer and distributor of vehicle enhancements, agreed to acquire Driven Lighting Group, a designer and online retailer of automotive lighting products from Kian Capital, a private equity firm.
