Delhivery, an Indian delivery and e-commerce logistics company, completed the acquisition of Spoton, a logistics services firm, from investment firms Samara Capital and Xponentia Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We will continue to invest in improving our clients’ businesses through our investments in people, technology, network and infrastructure.
