Kepro to acquire eQHealth Solutions.

Kepro, a provider of technology-enabled services for priority populations, agreed to acquire eQHealth Solutions, a population health management and healthcare IT solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of eQHealth Solutions will enhance our ability to partner with government and commercial clients to improve healthcare quality, maximize efficiency and better leverage technology and analytics.
