Amtivo Group completed the acquisition of QA International Certification.

Amtivo Group, a company focused on helping SME's gain a competitive advantage by providing a suite of services, completed the acquisition of QA International Certification, an accredited certification body issuing internationally recognised certificates. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to add QAICL to the Amtivo Group. It is an exceptional fit for the group and its customers. This acquisition extends our international UKAS certification platform further with established offices in China and the Middle East, a very substantial client base in China, Korea and South Asia and certificates in 27 markets across Asia, and Europe. QAICL joining the group will also strengthen Amtivo’s UK certification presence including the addition of Food Packaging certification and expanding our Training offering," Mike Tims, Amtivo CEO.
