Paine Schwartz Partners, a private equity firm specializing in sustainable food chain investing, completed the acquisition of Registrar, a provider of compliance software and services to food, medical device, drug, and cosmetic facilities all over the world, from Bertram Capital, a private equity firm targeting investments in lower middle market companies.
