ADTRAN completed the merger with ADVA in a €759m deal.

ADTRAN, a provider of telecommunications networking equipment and internetworking products, completed the merger with ADVA, a European telecommunications vendor that provides network equipment for data, storage, voice and video service, in a €759m ($895m) deal. “This is an exciting day for both companies.
