Shafir to acquire Super NG from Supergaz for $11m.

Shafir, a construction engineering company, agreed to acquire Super NG, a natural gas firm, from Supergaz, for $11m. "We are realizing our holdings in the gas distribution infrastructure activity. This is part of the implementation of the company’s business strategy to focus its activities in the coming years, mainly in the areas of electricity generation and renewable energy," Kfir Navon, Supergas Energy CEO.
