IK Investment Partners-backed BST Group to acquire Brand & Riskanalys.

IK Investment Partners-backed BST Group, a provider of solutions to range of industries including metal and aluminium fabrication, agreed to acquire Brand & Riskanalys, a pure fire consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Brand & Riskanalys will, like the BST group's other consulting companies, continue to work independently under its own brand and in the existing organization.
