Triton completed the acquisition of a majority stake in We Are Padel.

Triton, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in We Are Padel, an operator of padel centers. Financial terms were not disclosed. Triton has acquired a majority share of WAP and will contribute with resources and growth experience in the continued development of the company. The previous owners will retain a minority stake in the company and continue their operative commitments going forward.
