Intermediate Capital Group to acquire ATOS Group from Waterland Private Equity.

Intermediate Capital Group, a private equity investment firm, agreed to acquire ATOS Group, a network of specialist orthopaedic clinics across Germany, from Waterland Private Equity, an independent private equity investment group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "When we founded ATOS Group, our aim right from the start was to establish a stellar brand in the orthopaedic sector. Through targeted acquisitions and continuous investments in treat-ment quality, top physicians and modern technologies over the past five years, we have achieved important milestones," Carsten Rahlfs, Waterland Private Equity Managing Partner.
