Playtika completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Finland Reworks for $400m.

Playtika, an Israel-based digital entertainment company that specializes in the development and publication of free to play mobile games, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Finland Reworks, a game-maker specialized in developing uplifting game experiences that spark creativity and imagination, for $400m. "Reworks’ popular design entertainment app, Redecor, lets players decorate homes. The platform the game is built on could also be used in the future for fashion, auto and restaurant-related titles," Robert Antokol, Playtika CEO.
