Alder Fund-backed Systeminstallation, a company providing automation solutions and related software and services, completed the acquisition of Keylogic, a Swedish company that offers solutions within building automation. Financial terms were not disclosed. Together, the two companies create one of Sweden's sharpest innovation and development hubs there of the future software and interfaces for energy efficient and sustainable properties is it common vision.
