Leonard Green Partners completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Tecta America from Altas Partners.

Leonard Green Partners, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Tecta America, a provider of commercial roofing services, from Altas Partners, an investment firm.
