Bright East Investment completed the acquisition of Anglo-Gulf Trade Bank, a fully digital corporate bank, from Mubadala Investment, a sovereign investor managing a global portfolio. Financial terms were not disclosed. Abu Dhabi’s Mubadala wants to bring in the new investors as part of a restructuring process after the bank was suffered under the pandemic.
