Keistone Partners, a private equity investment firm, completed a $17m investment in CHAI Communication, a digital advertising company. After the investment, K-Stone Partners plans to implement the VCP. The plan is to provide new growth engines by adding new industries to existing business areas. Chai Communication has media commerce capabilities and virtual reality content production capabilities. Using this, they are also considering ways to jump into new businesses related to D2C commerce and metaverse. As valuations in the digital advertising market are favorable, high returns are expected through an IPO in the future.
