Valsoft to acquire VSN.

Valsoft, a company specializing in the acquisition and development of vertical market software businesses, agreed to acquire VSN Video Stream Networks, a provider if media and broadcasting solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This new stage with Valsoft is, without a doubt, a great opportunity for VSN.
