Pactiv Evergreen, a firm engaged in the business of manufacturing and distributing fresh food service and food merchandising products, completed the acquisition of Fabri-Kal, a manufacturer of foodservice and consumer brand packaging solutions, for $380m. “We are thrilled to welcome the Fabri-Kal team to Pactiv Evergreen.
