Mid Europa Partners-backed Symfonia completed the acquisition of Reset2.

Mid Europa Partners-backed Symfonia, a computer software company, completed the acquisition of Reset2, a payroll software provider in Poland. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition will reinforce Symfonia’s position in the payroll & HCM space and allow Symfonia to offer new value-add services to its now over 46k strong customer base. The Reset2 acquisition is in line with Symfonia’s long term strategy of expanding its product portfolio, and it also highlights Symfonia’s appetite to grow inorganically and consolidate the fragmented enterprise software market in Poland and the CEE region.
