Barrabés Group, a management consulting firm, agreed to acquire Maestre Bikes, a bicycle retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this operation, the Barrabés group continues its expansion process, strengthening its position in the area and consolidating its presence at a national level, where it already has a total of twelve points of sale.
