Lindsay Goldberg-backed Creation Technologies, a global electronics manufacturing services provider, completed the acquisition of Computrol, a provider of electronics manufacturing services, from Armstrong International, a control systems manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of the Computrol team will significantly enhance our ability to serve customers.
