CDIB to acquire Poyun.

CDIB, a venture capital and investment banking company, agreed to acquire Poyun, a manufacturer of transducer soft parts. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of True Voice demonstrates once again the compelling opportunity set our dedicated buyout team, led by Alex Ying, has observed in the Greater China region.
