Veritas and Leeds-backed Anthology completed the merger with Providence Equity-backed Blackboard in a $3bn deal.

Veritas and Leeds-backed Anthology, a provider of proven higher education solutions that support the entire learner lifecycle, completed the merger with Providence Equity-backed Blackboard, a global EdTech software and solutions company, in a $3bn deal.
