The Engineered Stone Group, a material specialist in the broader bathroom product market, completed the acquisition of Fiora Bath Collections, a manufacturer of resin shower trays, bathroom furniture, wall panels, washbasins, and other bathroom products, from HIG, a private equity and alternative assets investment firm.
