Gray Television, an American publicly traded television broadcasting company, agreed to acquire Third Rail Studios, a movie and television production facility, from The Integral Group, a real estate developer in Atlanta, for $27m. "Third Rail Studios is a pioneer in bringing film and television production to the Atlanta community, and we are excited to join forces to create an entire studio city to serve Georgia’s booming media industry.
