Atrizia completed the acquisition of Whitehelm Capital for €67m.

Patrizia, a partner for global real assets, completed the acquisition of Whitehelm Capital, an independently owned international infrastructure manager, for €67m. The acquisition further strengthens Patrizia’s position as a leading global real asset investment manager and increases its Assets under Management (AUM) to over €50bn in line with its mid-term growth strategy. The acquisition triples Patrizia’s infrastructure AUM to circa €5bn, with Patrizia’s goal to grow the segment in the mid-term to €15 to 20bn.
