Waterland-backed Asteria Group completed the acquisition of Nordic Label from Tilgmann.

Waterland-backed Asteria Group, a producer of packaging materials, completed the acquisition of Nordic Label, a label manufacturer in Finland, from Tilgmann, Finland's largest printing press company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Nordic Label Oy will continue to operate the same way as before – all current contact persons and contact information will remain unchanged. We can now offer our customers a wider range of solutions for packaging and industrial labeling," Asteria.
