Cazoo completed the acquisition of SMH Fleeet Solutions from LDC for £70m.

Cazoo, an online car retailer, completed the acquisition of SMH Fleeet Solutions, a vehicle preparation, logistics and storage business, from LDC, a private equity firm, for £70m.
