Vance Street Capital-backed Spectra A&D, a diversified designer and manufacturer of highly engineered avionics and electronics solutions, agreed to acquire Galleon Embedded Computing, a provider of embedded computing solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to partner with the Spectra team. Galleon has built a reputation and brand synonymous with technical innovation, quality and customer satisfaction.
