Leonard Green & Partners, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of majority stake in Sun Auto Tire & Service, a provider of quality aftermarket automotive repair, maintenance, and tire services from Greenbriar Equity Group, a specialist investor focused on growing market leading companies.
