Leonard Green & Partners completed the acquisition of majority stake in Sun Auto Tire & Service from Greenbriar Equity Group.

Leonard Green & Partners, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of majority stake in Sun Auto Tire & Service, a provider of quality aftermarket automotive repair, maintenance, and tire services from Greenbriar Equity Group, a specialist investor focused on growing market leading companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to welcome Leonard Green & Partners as a majority Sun Auto Tire & Service investor.
