Phoenix Equity to acquire the majority stake in Ava Global from Ava Risk.

Phoenix Equity, a leading growth-focused private equity firm, agreed to acquire the majority stake in Ava Global, an international specialist logistics provider, from Ava Risk, a security technology business. Ava’s founders will invest alongside the investor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
