YATCO to acquire BoatDeck and YachtAndBoat.

YATCO, a yacht broker in Coral Springs, Florida, agreed to acquire BoatDeck and YachtAndBoat, two of the largest providers of marine websites and lead generation technology in the Asia Pacific region.
